How delicious does this Avocado chocolate mousse look?
I was absolutely craving something with chocolate but that wasn’t going to be completely unhealthy for me. I was scanning through Pinterest trying to find absolutely anything that was dairy-free and had chocolate.
I stubbled upon this recipe on /http://www.theroastedroot.net , thought it looked amazing and decided to test it out.
When I did it, I decided to cut the recipe in half as I didn’t want to make a lot for myself. That was a mistake because after I was done eating it, I went back and remade another half recipe.. so, should have just made the full portion in the first place.
My whole life I have been a crazy big chocolate lover.
My mom says she never really liked chocolate until she got pregnant with me, so I say it’s just something in my blood that craves it!
It’s definitely the hardest craving to have when you’re trying to eat healthily or lose weight. It doesn’t matter what diet regimen I’m on, the only thing I ever seriously crave is chocolate.
When I found this recipe online – dairy free and paleo ! – I was so excited to try it.
* You can start eating the mousse right away but its consistency doesn't properly form until it has been in the fridge for at least 45 minutes. It will really help to make it a more solid mousse.

Though this isn’t my recipe, I felt as though I needed to add it onto my blog since it’s the perfect mixture of (somewhat) healthy and a treat.
It really is difficult trying to find something that’s going to kill the sugar craving especially when you’re trying to cut out the amount of sugar you’re having.
If you got the chance to create this recipe, let me know what you think of it! Did you change it up with something else? Add it to another recipe? Let me know, I love to hear your feedback.
